Geography
The Republic of Seychelles is made up of 115 islands situated in the western Indian Ocean. This archipelago of legendary beauty extends from between 4 and 10 degrees south of the Equator. Of the 115 islands, 41 are granite ‘Inner Island’ and the remaining 74 comprise of low-lying coralline islands as well as few atolls of the ‘Outer Islands’.

Climate
